By leveraging innovative approaches that fully utilize AI, we increased our client's revenue generated by email marketing through the following strategies: First, based on our analysis, we added personalized item recommendations below their previous campaign emails. Secondly, our team implemented an AI filter on the existing email flows—starting with the replenishment flow, and we are currently developing Retentics AI’s purchase bounce-back flow as well.

Dr. Woof is currently working with an agency that contributed to well-managed campaigns, resulting in a significant increase in their email revenue compared to other brands in the industry. Nevertheless, they believed there was potential to generate even higher email revenue.

1. Replenishment Flow

Dr. Woof had already set up flows with the intention to target re-purchases, where the timing of automatically sending emails was manually set to a 30-day interval. This is the basic structure of Klaviyo's replenishment flow- it targets every customer to prompt their next purchase. But imagine this: if a customer who purchases a scrub every two weeks and another who purchases every six weeks both receive an email 30 days after their last purchase, neither would feel that the email was personalized. To address this issue, Retentics offers a feature that personalizes email sending times based on each customer’s unique purchase cycle, which can be integrated with Klaviyo. In fact, when comparing revenue from the respective flows during the same period, the flow that included Retentics AI’s prediction of replenishment dates produced 2.5 times higher revenue.

In the case of Dr. Woof, the agency they were already collaborating with facilitated highly segmented and systematically managed campaigns. Thus, their email revenue was notably higher than other brands in the same industry. What more could Retentics offer?
